SureSeal Manufacturing guarantees all SureSeal products to be first-class and manufactured to the highest standards of quality. SureSeal warrants to the original end customer of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. This 10 year limited warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of purchase, so long as the original purchaser or end customer owns the product.

During this time SureSeal will replace any product that is determined by SureSeal to be defective. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the end customer who owns such product.

The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, alteration, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, and/or improper installation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State or Province. It is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

If your SureSeal Inline Trap Sealer fails in the field please remove and send to the address below. (If you can please take a digital picture of the product as installed before removal. We may contact you and request that you send this to us.) You must include a description of the defect along with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address with your return. Customer is responsible for returning the product to SureSeal at the Customer's risk and expense.

Once we receive the product we will make a determination as to the warranty coverage. If the product has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our warranty, we will replace it without charge.

A damaged SureSeal not covered by the warranty will be replaced for a modest charge plus S/H. In this case you will be contacted via the information you provided with your return.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, SURESEAL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SURESEAL DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR INDEMNITIES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL SURESEAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN (CUSTOMER DISPUTES) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

SURESEAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.
